still hot, but no shaking here...
Missed the 4.2 back home a couple of days ago. Two reports of small art pieces of mine falling down in people's homes. One made it, the other didn't.
I am on the national park marathon with the parents this week. A day trip to Glacier on Friday, and tomorrow, we head off for 2 days in Yellowstone. I snuck into the studio this morning and tonight to get work done. I'm an addict.
Did get a chance to go to Rudy Autio's memorial today - for those of you non-clay folks, he's key person in the modern clay art world- one of the founding residents of the Bray back in the early 50's with Voulkas, founding faculty of the ceramics program at UMT, and all around, a great and talented guy. I met him once last summer. He was a well loved person by all, and the service was nice. A big loss for Montana and the entire ceramic art world.
